Key Responsibilities
- Good communication with PM’s, management and crew
- Operate drill rig equipment.
- Daily job status checks with PM’s and supervisors
- Key point of contact for crew members to address problem solving
- Exhibit good time management skills.
- Timely completion of documentation.
- Train crew to understand risk mitigation and become problem solvers.
- Daily rig PM checks.
- Evaluate job SOW folders in Fieldwire before mobilization to job site.
- Periodically audit personnel to determine their knowledge and ability to operate safely and effectively.
- Act as field liaison between the customer in the field and the Project Management Team.
- Ensure projects are executed and performed to client specifications.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of enthusiasm and cooperation with a customer focused attitude.
- Provide leadership and guidance to crew members
- Participate in contractor safety meetings and incident investigations.
- Conduct and perform OQ training as needed
- Obtain and maintain operator qualifications as needed
- Have a Class A CDL with no restrictions
