Driller Rig Foreman -Class A CDL

Key Responsibilities

•  Good communication with PM’s, management and crew
•  Operate drill rig equipment.
•  Daily job status checks with PM’s and supervisors
•  Key point of contact for crew members to address problem solving
•  Exhibit good time management skills.
•  Timely completion of documentation.
•  Train crew to understand risk mitigation and become problem solvers.
•  Daily rig PM checks.
•  Evaluate job SOW folders in Fieldwire before mobilization to job site.
•  Periodically audit personnel to determine their knowledge and ability to operate safely and effectively.
•  Act as field liaison between the customer in the field and the Project Management Team.
•  Ensure projects are executed and performed to client specifications.
•  Create and maintain an atmosphere of enthusiasm and cooperation with a customer focused attitude.
•  Provide leadership and guidance to crew members
•  Participate in contractor safety meetings and incident investigations.
•  Conduct and perform OQ training as needed
•  Obtain and maintain operator qualifications as needed
•  Have a Class A CDL with no restrictions
