Hiring Center Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume employee onboarding and hiring activities, supporting multiple job sites throughout Louisiana.
- Assist applicants throughout the onboarding process, including employment applications, I-9 verification, documentation, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Manage fluctuating onboarding volumes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive applicant experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting applicants from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of technical experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and site-specific onboarding requirements.
- Communicate effectively with applicants, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Resolve routine onboarding issues independently while escalating more complex matters when appropriate.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing hiring demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support hiring needs across approximately 30 Louisiana job sites.
- Previous experience in HR coordination, onboarding, recruiting support, staffing, or a high-volume administrative/customer service environment preferred.
- Familiarity with I-9 verification, employment applications, and onboarding processes preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Oil and gas, industrial staffing, or related industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and patience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
