Overview:

The Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data architecture, and the ability to work with business stakeholders to support reporting, forecasting, and operational improvements. Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau is required.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Build, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for various business units.
• Translate business needs into data models, metrics, and visualizations that support leadership decision-making.
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support ad-hoc reporting, data requests, and ongoing development of analytics processes.
• Document data definitions, processes, and dashboard usage guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce reporting, data extraction, and object structures.
• Strong experience using Tableau (Visualizations, Prep, Server/Cloud preferred).
• Solid understanding of SQL or other query languages.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings in a clear, compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
