Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Manchester, TN, for an Assistant to the Manager. In this position, you will assist the manager in administrative tasks, day-to-day operations, and managing team workflows. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supporting team communication, analyzing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met. Additional duties may involve coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, and addressing client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Proficiency in excel, word, and Quickbooks to assist in evaluating data and managing financial records
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to facilitate smooth teamwork and effective information sharing
- Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and support the manager efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools is a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative or similar support role is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic business environments
