Overview:
Brandon is a candidate for the position of Campus Support Supervisor. This role provides a unique opportunity for a motivated and mission-aligned team member to take on greater leadership and program support responsibility.
This position is focused on direct care team support, campus-wide operational oversight, and helping maintain a trauma-informed, structured environment for youth and staff during second shift hours.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain an active, visible presence across all residential programs during second shift.
· Coach and support direct care staff in real time using TCI and CARE principles.
· Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and smooth handoffs between shifts.
· Respond to and manage crises with a trauma-informed approach.
· Monitor and ensure completion of shift documentation: communication logs, shift summary reports, incident reports, and daily logs.
· Support routine operations including appointments, youth transport, recreation, and behavior management.
· Uphold safety, structure, and consistency in collaboration with Program Managers and Supervisors.
· Promote youth-family connections and support visit facilitation when needed.
· Provide guidance and performance support to staff throughout shift.
· Attend treatment team meetings and other required internal consultations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in human services/mental health field with supervisory experience required.
- Must have a valid ID and DEEC CORI/DCF background check.
- Able to participate in physical interventions.
- MAP certified a plus.
Schedule:
WEDNESDAY: 12PM-11PM
THURSDAY: 2PM-11PM
FRIDAY: 2PM-11PM
SATURDAY: 9AM-11PM
Standard workweek is 40 hours. Due to operational demands, employees may work 43 hours per week. Overtime (hours exceeding 40) is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate.

Experience:
