Responsibilities

- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to understand system operations.
- Conduct inspections on heavy equipment and vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Align wheels, brakes, and other components as necessary for optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with service technicians to address complex mechanical problems.
- Assist in HVAC system repairs and electrical troubleshooting as needed.
- Operate heavy machinery safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair or industrial equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and air brake systems is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Certification as a Service Technician or equivalent experience is a plus.
