We're looking for an experienced Employment Law Attorney to play a key role in the continued growth of our New Jersey practice. Responsibilities
Compensation Range
$150,000—$200,000 USD
Compensation: The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and whistleblower claims.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, mediations and trials.
- Collaborate with support staff in developing effective litigation strategies.
- Oversee case-related resources and timelines to ensure efficient case progression.
- Foster meaningful relationships with clients by providing regular updates and empathetic guidance throughout the legal process.
- Remain up to date with the latest developments, industry trends, and precedents to inform case strategies and client representation.
- Active membership in the New Jersey bar, in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of Employment Law experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in independently managing all stages of litigation, from initial to resolution.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and adeptness in building strong client relationships.
