Role Description
We are seeking Auto Technicians at all levels to join our team in a full-time, on-site role, located in Tampa, FL. As an Auto Technician at Brandon Ford, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive inspections, identifying issues, recommending solutions, and performing necessary servicing or repairs while adhering to safety standards. You will also collaborate closely with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and meet service goals.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical skills, including expertise in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance.
- Experience in repairing major vehicle components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with tools, diagnostic equipment, and industry best practices.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clearly explaining diagnostics or repairs to customers.
- ASE Certification preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
