The Receptionist at Brandon Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, the Receptionist represents the company and creates a positive impression for visitors and callers. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. **This is a full-time position, hours will vary, and Saturdays will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers and visitors, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate department
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, taking and delivering messages as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for various departments
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in operating a multi-line telephone system
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
