Transformer Core Stacker
Brandon & Clark is seeking a Transformer Core Stacker to join our transformer production team. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude who are interested in hands-on industrial work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with experienced team members, you’ll learn the specialized processes involved in assembling and stacking transformer cores with precision and consistency.
This position provides a strong foundation for a long-term career in transformer manufacturing—offering training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop mechanical skills while following the highest safety standards.
Core Responsibilities
Assemble and stack transformer core steel according to established instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Work with laminations, insulation materials, and precision measuring tools.
Safely operate hoists, hand tools, and related equipment.
Assist with assembly and disassembly tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
Learning and Development
This is a hands-on manufacturing role with clear advancement opportunities. As you gain experience and demonstrate competency, you can progress through defined skill levels, moving from Apprentice → Journeyman → Master → Elite.
What You’ll Bring
Mechanical or industrial assembly experience preferred.
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings (training provided).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
Reliability, team-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn transformer-specific processes.
