Assembly Technician

Brandon & Clark is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our Transformers team. This position offers hands-on work, consistency, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established transformer repair operation. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Assemble transformer units following established procedures

• Match core assemblies with tanks and prepare parts for reassembly

• Assemble multiple units efficiently and safely

• Transfer completed units to the oiling department

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

• Clock in/out accurately and job into assigned units

• Support other departments when assembly work is completea

Learning and Development

This is a structured, hands-on learning role with a clear growth path. As you gain skills and experience, you’ll have the opportunity to advance to more technical positions. 

What You’ll Bring

• Mechanical or industrial assembly experience preferred (transformer experience is a plus, but not required)

• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment

• Able to work in a shop environment with heavy components

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to follow procedures

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
