Job Overview
I am expanding and looking for two people to join the team. Your main focus will be to sell auto, home, renters and umbrella insurance (personal lines). If you prefer commercial lines, I have that option too. Enjoy working from home or at the office (it's up to you) up to 80% of the time! The other 20% of the time, you will need to drive to meet with people (one day a week). I need to work five days a week and about forty hours, but you can work more if you please.
I need a professionals who are ambitious, goal oriented, reliable, consistent and can self manage. Most important you should have HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS. I need someone who is competitive and serious about selling insurance. Someone who wants to grow everyday as much as possible!
The BIG question!
This position is designed to make you as much money as possible, but being that it is commission, you are a big factor on what your get paid. I will teach you everything you need to know and help you along the way. We have proven methods of marketing and sales along with amazing tools that makes selling allot of insurance easy. I will teach you in only a couple weeks, almost everything you need to know. The phone is already ringing and we are so busy with leads we miss several quotes because we are understaffed. My goal is to help you succeed. In order to succeed and make six figures, you will need to be quick to answer phones, be dedicated to your work and be consistent.
Your first month will most likely be a smaller check due to training. Each month should start to increase dramatically.
You first year should be between $40,000 to over $100,000.
The next years should consistently be over $100,000 and increasing every year. Normally bout 15-30% increase as your book builds. After many years you can earn over $200,000 (this has been proven by several agents)! Again allot of this depends on you. Are you going to put in the work? Are you going to be someone people can count on to answer when they call?
Duties
- Quote and bind new prospects
- Follow up with task for new policies
- Maintain and build new relationships
- Drive one day a week to meet with prospects
- Quote current policyholders to compare renewal offers
- Cross sell
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, service and or marketing
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- We accept new and veteran Insurance Agents
- Property and Casualty License
