• Provide friendly and professional customer support to clients and customers
• Handle customer inquiries, questions, and requests in a timely manner
• Assist with client accounts and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed
