Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support client accounts by keeping records updated and ensuring requests are handled efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Assist with client onboarding and follow-up communication.
• Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
• Represent Brand Nest’s values through positive and consistent client interactions.
