As an Account Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the care and growth of our client relationships, serving as both a trusted strategic advisor and hands-on leader guiding day-to-day marketing efforts.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative collaboration and operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to deliver smart, integrated marketing solutions that drive measurable results and keep clients coming back for more.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust, insight and results
- Lead development of strategic marketing plans, budgets and campaign direction to achieve client business goals
- Collaborate with creative, digital and media teams to ensure all work delivers strategically sound, on-brand and on-time results
- Manage day-to-day project workflow, timelines and approvals through a project management system, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams
- Provide proactive, strategic guidance to clients that drives growth and reinforces Brandner’s role as a trusted partner
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for new initiatives and revenue growth
- Mentor and guide Account Executives and Coordinators, fostering collaboration, ownership and professional growth
- Track budgets, monitor billable integrity and ensure account profitability
- Present plans, creative work and performance results clearly and confidently to clients and internal leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
- 6 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment
- Proven strength in strategic thinking and client relationship development
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and priorities with confidence and composure
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, influencer, PR, print, video, events and technology
- Financial acumen and comfort managing budgets and scopes of work
- Collaborative team player with a passion for smart, creative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a project management system
