Brandlete operates structured B2B sales environments where individuals are developed through execution, not theory. The focus is on building performance in real customer acquisition settings and developing the skills required to operate independently over time.
In this position, you will represent T-Mobile, working directly with businesses to introduce mobile plans, high-speed internet, and bundled communication solutions.
This internship has a minimum commitment of 3 months to allow for proper development and measurable progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t be shadowing. You’ll be involved.
- Engaging business owners and decision-makers directly
- Introducing T-Mobile services in a clear and structured way
- Explaining coverage, pricing, and service options based on business needs
- Supporting new customer onboarding and account setup
- Working within a team while tracking individual performance
- Contributing to daily and weekly output targets

Earnings & Structure
- Typical take-home earnings range between $4,000 – $4,750 per month, Paid Weekly
