Warehouse Associate - NJ

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures that products are handled with care, inventory is properly managed, and all outbound shipments meet company quality and delivery standards.

The Warehouse Associate must interface well with the entire team to create a collaborative workplace and maintain a healthy company culture. Leading by example, their actions and decisions encourage those who work with them to be dedicated to BRANDITO’s vision, mission, and values.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Pack items securely in a box or bag per client requirements.
• Accurately pick products from inventory according to order details.
• Label items securely and efficiently for shipments.
• Verify order accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations.
• Follow company procedures for quality control and inventory handling.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order volume targets.
• Operate scanners, label printers, and basic warehouse equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Comply with safety and OSHA standards.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the warehouse manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer or scanning equipment proficiency.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift & carry items at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, kneel, bend at knees, squat throughout the day.
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to work in high temperature environment in the summer months as the warehouse is not air conditioned.

Position is located in our Manalapan, NJ office.
