Assistant Practice Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated part-time assistant practice manager to join our small cosmetic dermatology practice. In this role you will work closely with the practice manager to grow the business by increasing patient retention and collaborating on marketing strategy.
What we’re looking for
- A warm and polished communicator who can build strong rapport with patients
- Experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology. Ability to explain non-surgical procedures to patients with clarity and answer questions with confidence. Knowledge of skincare products/ingredients is a plus.
- Experience in marketing and social media. Ability to retain and convert current patients without being sales oriented or pushy.
- Strong collaboration skills. Feels comfortable sharing ideas as well as both providing and receiving feedback to effectively strategize on meeting growth and revenue goals.
- A self-starter who performs well in a tight-knit team environment

This is a part-time in office role with the potential of becoming full time in the future.
We are a small practice with a loyal, long standing patient base, where retention/conversion goes hand in hand with exceptional patient care. This is not solely a sales/marketing role, and not solely a patient care role, but a dynamic role that blends both skillsets and requires discernment as well as creativity. We provide holistic, highly personalized care for each patient. Our goal is to grow the practice and reach more patients who seek a natural, holistic approach to aesthetics from an MD with decades of experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
