Brandis Center Inc. is a locally owned provider of center-based and home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Down syndrome. Established in 2018, our team specializes in working with children ages 2–12, providing individualized, evidence-based care in supportive and engaging environments.
Our focus is on helping children build meaningful skills that support greater independence, improved social awareness, stronger communication, and everyday life skills, while also promoting overall well-being for both the child and their family. As a smaller organization, we value collaboration, strong relationships with families, and a personalized approach to care.
Perks and Benefits
- Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour, with an expectation of 10–15 billable hours per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (full-time may become an option)
- Setting: Combination of clinic-based and home-based services
- Work Environment: Small, collaborative organization serving fewer than 20 clients, allowing for meaningful clinical impact and individualized care
BCBA Responsibilities:
- Provide competency-based training to staff, family members, and other caregivers on the implementation of behavior programs and required data collection procedures.
- Monitor and support the consistent and effective implementation of behavior programming across service settings.
- Support staff in maintaining a positive, family-centered environment while modeling professionalism and leadership through example.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state, local, and funding source regulations and standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize approved safety procedures when supporting individuals during behavioral crises.
- Report all incidents of suspected abuse or neglect in accordance with the Disabled Abuse Act, including reporting to the appropriate abuse registry, and provide training to staff on recognizing abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- Participate in meetings and advocate for individuals served to support the development of meaningful, functional, and achievable goals aligned with the individual’s preferences and needs.
- Maintain open communication and collaboration with family members, support systems, and service providers as appropriate.
- Attend and actively participate in clinical meetings, required trainings, staff meetings, and other organizational meetings as requested.
- Maintain responsibility for tracking and ensuring all required certifications and training records remain current. Review and respond to email communications daily in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow, model, and train staff in all programs, policies, and procedures.
- Remain available to parents and staff by phone in the event of emergencies or urgent needs.
- Support staff in meeting productivity and documentation expectations.
- Complete performance evaluations for Behavior Technicians.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
- BCBA Certification and LABA Certification
- 2 years of providing ABA services
- 1 year of supervising Behavior Therapists

- Reliable transportation to and from work, ensuring punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods as required by the role.
- Ability to safely lift, hold, or assist children when necessary to support care and behavior programming.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all applicable privacy and professional standards.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with electronic devices such as phones, laptops, and tablets, or the willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage verbal and/or physical behaviors in a variety of settings with confidence and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules, client needs, and work environments while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, practice management systems and digital data collection platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
