In this role, you will take the lead on the following tasks:


What You'll Do:


Client & Account Management

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and stellar service.
  • Guide clients through our process, from kickoff to final deliverables.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of your accounts—nurturing relationships and spotting new opportunities.
  • Run client meetings and check-ins to make sure everything stays on track.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, making sure creative teams have the insights they need.


Project Oversight & Collaboration

  • Ensure a seamless handoff from Sales to Account Management to Project Management.
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure accountability for timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Partner with PMs to track budgets and keep projects running on time and on budget.
  • Help scope projects and fine-tune contracts to set clear expectations.
  • Work with Finance to ensure proper invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Dig into past project data to inform pricing and decision-making.


Sales & Growth

  • Prospect and qualify new leads alongside the New Business team.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals like a boss.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and pitch additional services that benefit the client.
  • Work with finance and project management to develop smart pricing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Experience working in a creative agency, marketing, or branding field.
  • Proven track record of client retention and revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with project managers, finance, and creative teams.

Schedule

  • Part-time to Permanent Opportunity (50 hrs/mo)
  • Availability as needed between between 10am - 6pm EST Monday - Friday


Required Experience

  • 7 years in account management, sales, or client services ( in a creative agency is a must).
  • A track record of managing accounts, closing deals, and driving growth.
  • Experience working alongside project managers, finance teams, and creatives.
  • Killer negotiation skills—you know how to sell and upsell with confidence.
  • A natural ability to anticipate client needs and offer strategic solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills—you never miss a deadline.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and project management software.
