The role
As the Client Services Director, you will lead business development efforts across the US with an aim of bringing new clients from across the pharma sector.
You will be the face of the business for designated key client accounts, and you will be accountable for driving the growth and commercial success of these accounts.
Your passion for delivering a great customer experience will drive you to excel in areas such as revenue generation, account growth and client satisfaction. Coupled with your expertise in delivering primary research projects, your credibility and professionalism will have clients refer you to colleagues and help you grow accounts!
As a senior member of the team, you will be a mentor and guide for the team in networking and sales activity.
