Position: Restaurant General Manager
We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and professional Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and its team of dedicated Employee Owners. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for directing daily operations, ensuring we have the resources needed to provide top-notch service and quality BBQ. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will report to the company President. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the highest standards across the operation, including food preparation and delivery, customer service, building and equipment maintenance, repairs, inventory, ordering, and overall financial accountability. You will also be responsible for managing the team, to include recruiting, hiring, termination, and ensuring overall EO satisfaction. All decisions must be in line with company priorities and sound business/financial practices. Responsibilities:
- Hiring and training staff
- Creating and editing menus
- Ordering ingredients and beverages
- Talking to customers to receive feedback on their service
- Motivating staff during busy shifts
- Ensuring that staff members are available for shifts
Job Requirements:
- 7-10 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
- Degree in business management or similar field strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
- Willingness to comply with and hold staff accountable to all food safety procedures

- Weekdays with weekend availability
