Position Title: Housekeeper – Environmental Services
Location: Brandermill Woods Health Care Center | Midlothian, VA

Brandermill Woods is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team. In this essential role, you'll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- Replenish cleaning and paper supplies as needed
- Assist with laundry and move-in cleanings
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of housekeeping experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies and basic safety practices
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing carts
- Comfortable working around seniors in a residential environment
Uniforms:
Uniforms are provided and professionally laundered. Employees are expected to wear their uniform appropriately while on duty.
