Role Overview:
As a Charge Nurse, you will provide guidance and leadership to nursing assistants, deliver hands-on care, and manage medication administration for our residents. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate, caring nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments.
- Collaborate with physician services for optimal resident care.
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
Qualifications:
- RN or LPN License with the State
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Compassionate, accountable, flexible, and with a positive attitude
