E-Commerce Manager & Marketing Director

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our Shopify website
- Oversee social media strategy and content planning
- Increase online sales and customer engagement
- Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Analyze website and sales data to improve performance
- Coordinate product launches and promotions
- Assist with live sales and app growth
- Develop strategies to scale the business online
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify
- Knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Photography, graphic design, or content creation experience is a plus
- Retail or western apparel experience preferred
