The Opportunity:

Branded Ink is hiring several Screen Printing Press Operators to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll help produce thousands of custom garments each week for local and national clients. No two days are the same, and every project brings a new challenge.

Pay & Benefits:

Pay ranges from $15–$18 per hour depending on experience and skill level. We pay for proven experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 years of professional screen-printing experience
• Automatic press experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Willingness to learn and follow production standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and take ownership of quality

Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses
• Inspect work orders and identify production concerns
• Troubleshoot print and quality issues
• Perform daily cleaning and equipment maintenance
• Assist throughout the screen department as needed
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Work weekday shifts with occasional peak-season weekends

Qualifications:

• Screen-printing production experience required
• Fast-paced production environment experience preferred
• Knowledge of high-quality screen printing practices
• Basic math, problem-solving, and attention to detail required
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
