About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to help support and grow Branded Hospitality across sponsorships, strategic partnerships, media sales, business development, and ecosystem connectivity.
This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality, loves networking and relationship building, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same.
You will work closely with leadership across Branded's Ventures, Media, and Solutions businesses — part sales, part partnerships, part marketing, part operator support.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across hospitality, foodservice, restaurant technology, and media
- Support sponsorship sales across podcasts, newsletters, events, and branded content
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant operators, hospitality groups, technology companies, agencies, and strategic partners
- Coordinate outreach campaigns, follow-ups, proposals, decks, and partnership conversations
- Manage pipeline activity and CRM organization through HubSpot and related platforms
- Collaborate with media and marketing teams on campaigns, activations, and audience growth initiatives
- Support live events, conferences, networking activations, and podcast productions
- Identify trends, partnership opportunities, and new revenue streams within hospitality and foodservice
- Represent Branded Hospitality professionally across industry events and meetings
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, hospitality, media, marketing, or business development
- Hospitality, restaurant, foodservice, media, or B2B experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Passion for hospitality, restaurants, media, technology, and networking
- NYC-based and comfortable working on-site and attending industry events
