Duties
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior rinsing, soap application, and drying to achieve a spotless finish
- Detail vehicles by cleaning interiors, including vacuuming carpets, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows for a fresh look
- Advanced skill - Conduct buffing and polishing to enhance vehicle paint and restore shine using specialized tools and products
- Advanced skill - Apply window tinting films accurately and efficiently to improve vehicle privacy and aesthetics
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by performing janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies
- Advanced skill - Apply PPF/Vinyl accurately and effectively to improve vehicle protection and aesthetics
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally
Experience
- Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for automotive appearance and cleanliness
- Ability to operate basic cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and team members
- Experience with driving or operating small vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Janitorial or custodial experience demonstrates reliability in maintaining clean work environments
- Knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus but can be learned on the job
