As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client projects from start to finish. This is a remote position, so the candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget- Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work in collaboration with the client and internal team- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are completed on time and to the client's expectations- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status reports to the client and internal team- Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the client's requirements- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget- Continuously look for ways to improve project processes and increase efficiencyQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing or agency setting- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficient in project management software and tools- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines- Experience managing remote teams is a plusContract Details:This is a full-time or part-time remote position.
