WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Ladder Inspection & Repair Technician, you’ll play an important role in determining whether commercial ladders are safe to remain in service.
Your work will include:
· Inspecting extension ladders, step ladders, and other commercial ladders.
· Identifying damaged, worn, missing, or unsafe components.
· Completing approved repairs using the proper tools, replacement parts, and procedures.
· Performing fiberglass rail cleaning and refurbishment when appropriate.
· Applying required inspection, identification, warning, and safety labels.
· Recording ladder condition, defects, repairs, serial numbers, asset information, and inspection results using an iPad-based system.
· Properly identifying and tagging ladders that do not meet inspection requirements.
· Maintaining tools, repair parts, supplies, and assigned equipment.
· Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
· Communicating professionally with customers and BrandCo supervisors.
· Following BrandCo procedures, customer site requirements, and applicable ladder safety standards.
· Traveling to customer locations as required.
· Working independently or as part of a small inspection crew.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
