You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and operations to ensure seamless delivery while strengthening long-term client relationships. This is a high-energy, hands-on role for someone who thrives on making calls, pitching ideas, and seeing events go from concept to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social outreach.Present B2E’s event staffing and experiential marketing services with clarity and confidence.Manage client relationships from first contact through post-event follow-up.Develop and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and sales decks.Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure flawless execution of programs.Attend select activations to oversee staffing quality, vendor coordination, and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activity within Pipedrive CRM.Partner with senior leadership to shape growth strategies, forecast revenue, and develop key accounts.Provide creative input on event concepts and brand activations.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in inside sales, agency, or event marketing environments.Strong communicator with confident phone, email, and presentation skills.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Bonus: Experience in event staffing, marketing agencies, or automotive industry.Compensation & GrowthCompetitive base salary plus performance incentives. First-year earnings typically range from $60,000–$85,000, with six-figure potential for top performers as B2E scales.
