Schedule: Sunday-Thursday onsite, on-call after hours

Job Description:
The Event Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all Community events hosted at 12Stone campuses as well as Ministry Events hosted by 12Stone’s Ministry Operations team. Responsible for ensuring that all events and meetings are properly set up and supported. Work with Facilities/Event Manager in the recruitment, coordination, training and supervision of all event staff employees. They will assist the Facilities/Event Manager to establish standards and procedures to ensure excellent service.
Summary of Job Duties:
· Assist Facilities/Event Manager in the development and implementation of best practices, proactive standards, procedures, and checklists to enhance ministry operations
· Build relationships with the Campus Admins at each campus to ensure that all daily ministry activities are staffed properly, and that facility is clean and operationally ready.
· Collaborate with Events Team and Ministry Operations in planning, organizing, and executing of all special Community and Ministry special events.
· Work with 12Stone Marketing team in planning, creating, and implementing special projects throughout the 12Stone campuses.
· Schedule all event staff personnel to ensure all activities are staffed and supported appropriately
· Coordinate with Facilities Supervisor and maintenance team on any facility maintenance needs and maintain proper level of supplies for all campuses.
· Identify areas for improvement in operations, suggest and implement enhancements, and uphold quality standards to elevate the event staff’s service and performance.
· Oversee payroll processes by coordinating with event staff regarding timesheets, clock-in/clock-out discrepancies, and ensuring accurate timekeeping
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· 3 years of progressive experience in facility and/or event management
· Relationship builder with proven excellent communication and customer service skills
· Must be highly organized and able to prioritize effectively
· Associate degree or equivalent work experience
· Experience with technologies such as work order and reservation software such as eSpace and building automation systems (i.e., access control, camera, and HVAC)
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
· Hospitality experience a plus.
