Manufacturing Production Manager

Brand Nutraceuticals, Inc. is a Dietary Supplement Manufacturing Facility. The company is looking for a Manufacturing Production Manager to join the team. This is a factory environment (Wholesale manufacturing).

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Manage the daily operations of the manufacturing department (Pharmacy, Compounding, Encapsulation, Compression) - Maintain and send production schedule.
• Oversee scheduling and completion of Batches.
• Communicate production progress to upper management and other relevant departments to coordinate the completion of jobs.
• Assist in problem-solving.
• Coordinate personnel.
• Training personnel.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Possess working knowledge of Pharmacy, Compounding, Encapsulation, and Compression processes.
• Senior-level developmental management skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to lead staff.
• Ability to train staff.
• Knowledge of MAS500/Automated Inventory Systems.
• Experience and knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, and FDA regulations.

Education/Training & Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of proven and relevant work experience, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with MS Office and computers.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and/or 117 (if no knowledge of these regulations, the applicant must be willing to learn).
