Print Production & Bindery Associate
We are a fast-paced print and signage company looking for a reliable, motivated team member to join our production department. This position is ideal for someone with print shop experience who enjoys hands on work, operating equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing quality work.
Specifics
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4pm. No weekends
- 30-40 hours per week
- PTO offered
Responsibilities
- Operate bindery and finishing equipment including folders, cutters, coil punch machines, creaser/folders, and related production equipment
- Assist with day to day print production and finishing tasks
- Help maintain workflow and keep jobs moving efficiently through production
- Receive incoming shipments and organize materials
- Package completed orders for pickup, delivery, and shipping
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments accurately
- Assist with local deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support team members wherever needed throughout production
Qualifications
- Previous print shop or production experience preferred
- Comfortable learning and operating production equipment
- Comfortable using computers, production software, and simple digital equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license
