The U.S. team is located in Dallas, TX, and Dayton, OH. This position will be based in the Dayton, OH, area.

As our consulting practice in North America continues to grow, we are seeking talented professionals at the Analyst, Senior Analyst, and/or Consultant level to join our U.S.-based team.
ROLE
Working collaboratively with the Managing Director in N.A., as well as individual Valuation, Strategy, and Research Directors overseas, the position enjoys a high degree of day-to-day autonomy, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously and ensuring that our analysis and outputs contribute to deeper insight and client success.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of brand valuation, strategy, and analytics projects for leading global brands. Depending on experience, responsibilities may include financial modeling, research and data analysis, project management, client presentations, business development, and team leadership.
You will work closely with senior colleagues and clients to answer complex commercial questions relating to brand performance, value and strategy. More experienced candidates will take ownership of project delivery, client relationships and commercial development, while earlier-career candidates will focus on developing technical expertise in valuation, analytics and strategic insight.
The role offers significant exposure to senior decision-makers, international projects, and a broad range of industries. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across teams and geographies.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in consulting, valuation, corporate finance, market research, analytics, strategy, branding, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities, including forecasting, discounted cash flow, and net present value analysis.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in brands, marketing, and business performance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and willingness to take ownership of work.
Experience presenting to clients, leading projects, managing teams, and contributing to business development is desired and advantageous but not essential.
A willingness to participate in the company's pitches and contribute to new business development activities is also required.
Professional qualification in or working towards one of the following or equivalent (ACCA, CA, CBV, CFA, CIMA, CMA, NACVA) is desired, but not required. Additional language skills and international work experience are advantageous.
