Key Responsibilities
Lead social media management for up to 10 local business accounts, mainly on Instagram and TikTok. This includes:
Onboard new clients to understand their brand and goals.
Develop relationships with each client.
Research each client's niche and use creativity to create a shot list for content shoots.
Lead on-site content shoots.
Edit short-form video content and photo content (photos and graphics) using footage taken on the content shoot. We use Canva and CapCut for editing, but similar platforms are also allowed.
Build content calendars using Airtable and post for each client.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for clients.
Collaborate with our team on additional local business social media accounts. This includes:
Help brainstorm ideas for clients across Brand Capture.
Take part in the growth of Brand Capture as a whole including business strategy and sales. This includes:
Create social media content for Brand Capture's socials.
Pitch our services to local businesses to sign new clients (this is where the commission comes in).
Be involved in growth conversations for the agency as a whole, including evaluating new services, improving current services, forming partnerships, and bringing in completely new ideas.
Requirements
