- Manage day-to-day service needs for assigned commercial accounts, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and audits.
- Review policies, contracts, and coverage to ensure accuracy and adequacy.
- Proactively identify coverage gaps and make appropriate recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with Producers to support new business and renewal processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the agency management system.
- Communicate effectively with insurance carriers to handle quotes, policy changes, and claims assistance.
