Schedule: Part-Time
8hrs/day Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Pay: $20/Hr.
About Us:
We are a fast-growing construction company looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to help with daily tasks and keep our operations running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment, pays close attention to detail, and is proficient with basic computer applications. This is currently a part-time role, but the position has the potential to transition to full-time as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Support project managers with paperwork, job files, and documentation
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and materials
- Answer phones and direct calls professionally
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field crews as needed
- Provide additional support for any miscellaneous tasks that come up
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required
- Prior office experience is not required, we’re willing to train the right person
- Pay rate can be reviewed if knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Knowify
