We’re seeking a visionary Head of Production & Creative Execution to lead the transformation of design concepts into extraordinary floral and event experiences. This role is the vital link between our sales, design, and production teams—ensuring creative visions come to life seamlessly, on time, and on budget.

Sales & Production Liaison
- Act as the bridge between sales/client services and production.
- Partner during proposal development to ensure event designs are on-brand, feasible, and budget-conscious.
- Review all proposals before client delivery to maintain creative and logistical integrity.
- Attend key client meetings to provide insight, confirm feasibility, and gather production-critical details.
Creative Oversight & Execution
- Lead the execution of all floral and event installations, ensuring designs exceed client expectations.
- Develop design recipes and coordinate with inventory and floral teams for accurate, timely orders.
- Provide hands-on creative leadership and problem-solving for real-time design adjustments.
Team Leadership & Meetings
- Lead weekly cross-departmental production meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
- Manage the transition from proposal to production, resolving challenges proactively.
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, communication, and execution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative excellence.
Contractor & Labor Management
- Oversee all contractor staffing needs for in-studio and on-site production.
- Collaborate on a scheduling system that optimizes staff deployment based on skills and event scale.
- Manage the booking and return of all rental vehicles, tools, and equipment per event needs.
Professional Development & Systems Improvement
- Participate in proposal writing and pricing training to strengthen event planning capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve systems for production planning and post-event debriefs.
- Help implement new tools and workflows to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and creativity.
- A creative leader with strong production and operations experience (ideally in events, florals, or design).
- Skilled in balancing creative vision with practical logistics.
- A proactive communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
- Experienced in managing teams, budgets, and large-scale event execution.
- English Only ok, but bi-lingual preferred
