Position Overview
We are seeking a BOH Kitchen Team Member to support food preparation and kitchen operations during service. This role is centered entirely on kitchen execution, prep, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and small plates according to established recipes
- Execute menu items during service with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Follow food safety and health department standards
- Complete opening and closing kitchen duties
- Support prep planning and inventory organization
- Communicate with the front-of-house through tickets and expo
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a small kitchen environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable availability for evenings and weekends
