Duties
- Plan and execute fundraising events, including logistics, vendor negotiations, and volunteer coordination to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Manage our website
- Develop compelling grant proposals and sponsorship packages by conducting research on potential funders and crafting persuasive narratives aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information
- Cultivate relationships with donors, volunteers, community partners, and internal teams through personalized communication strategies and public relations efforts.
- Oversee social media management to enhance visibility, engagement, and supporter involvement through targeted content creation.
- Coordinate mailings, email marketing campaigns, and event invitations while managing budgets to ensure cost-effective outreach efforts.
Qualifications
