Wedding & Event Production Lead

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and level-headed Wedding & Event Production Lead to join our team.
This role is responsible for executing floral designs and managing deliveries for weddings and events, with a primary focus on our busiest days—Fridays and Saturdays (potential for a Wednesday or Thursday). You’ll lead the onsite productions, make sure every arrangement is built to our standards, coordinate deliveries, and handle staffing needs, including callouts, last-minute coverage and weather related changes.
What you’ll do:
- Build and oversee the execution of wedding and event floral designs
- Coordinate and complete deliveries on peak days
- Lead the team during high-volume production
- Respond to day of client questions and needs
- Manage staffing callouts, weather related changes and day-of adjustments
- Maintain quality, timing, and organization under pressure
What we’re looking for:
- Strong floral design experience (wedding/event experience preferred)
- Ability to lead a team and stay calm when things get busy
- Reliability, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is a MUST
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable with driving large vehicles
