About Us
Branch Flower Shop is a creative, family-run floral studio known for our thoughtful designs and warm, collaborative team. We create beautiful floral experiences for events, gifts, and everyday moments—and it all starts with the care and handling of our fresh flowers.
We’re currently looking for Monday Processing Staff to help us kick off our week with clean, conditioned flowers ready for design. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and love the idea of working with flowers—even behind the scenes—this could be a perfect fit!
About the Role
Each Monday, you’ll support our lead processor by helping unpack, trim, hydrate, and prepare flowers for the week’s work. You’ll also help clean buckets, organize supplies, and keep our cooler in top shape. This role is physically active, fast-paced, and essential to our studio’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Strip, trim, and hydrate fresh flowers
- Unpack and check floral shipments
- Label, sort, and organize blooms in the cooler
- Clean and sanitize buckets, tools, and workspaces
- Assist with general studio upkeep as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Comfortable on your feet and with light physical labor
- Team-focused with a great attitude
- Can follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Punctual and dependable
- Prior floral or production experience is a plus—but not required!
Schedule & Details:
- Mondays Only (with occasional extra days around holidays/events)
- Flexible start time
- Part-time, hourly
- Opportunity to grow into additional roles if desired
