What are the responsibilities and job description for the EQUIPMENT SERVICE TECH position at Branch Civil?
Branch Civil, Inc. is searching for an experienced and safety driven Equipment Service Technician to join our well-established, growing company.
- Comply with all BCI, OSHA, or other relevant safety rules and regulations
- Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude
- Inspect, service, and refuel as needed, deployed fleet of heavy equipment, small equipment
- Other mechanical duties and tasks as requested by Equipment Operations Foreperson
- Communicate equipment status and readiness with job and equipment operations management
- Schedule services with job management to minimize production impact
- Maintain records and paper work as required in a timely and legible manner
- Own and maintain industry standard basic tools required to perform heavy equipment service tasks
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills with iPad and MS office experience

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Office days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Work hours may include occasional nights and weekends which may include overnight stays.
