Housekeeping Team Member (Part-Time / Seasonal)
Job Summary
We strive to maintain a cohesive team with a fun and supportive atmosphere. This is a part-time, seasonal position. Training begins in April, and the role extends through September, with the possibility of staying on through October. We offer flexibility for college students and those with winter seasonal positions. We take pride in our high retention rate, as most members of our team choose to return year after year.
We are seeking a reliable and energetic person to join our team! In this role, you are the backbone of the guest experience, ensuring our cabin, bathhouses, and common areas are sparkling clean and welcoming. We use a detail-oriented approach to ensure every visitor feels comfortable and "at home" in nature from the moment they arrive. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment where your hard work has an immediate, visible impact.
Duties
- Rental Preparation: Perform thorough cleaning of our guest cabin by sanitizing surfaces and all trash is removed
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in communal bathhouses, laundry areas, pool deck and community areas throughout the day.
- Guest Assistance: Provide friendly, brief interactions with guests you encounter on-site, offering customer service and support.
- Stockroom Management: Move and put away cleaning supplies, as well as, communicate supply levels and ordering needs to supervisor

- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness to ensure every rental is "guest-ready" and no corner is overlooked.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stay active, lift cleaning supplies, and move between sites in various weather conditions.
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and effectively during busy "changeover" windows while maintaining high standards.
- Adaptability: The ability to stay calm, flexible, and maintain a sense of humor during the peak summer rush.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic to ensure guests can check into their clean sites on time.
