Temporary HR Assistant needed for short-term assignment located in Conroe, TX!
The HR assistant will be responsible for working with HR team members and company supervisors.
Job function would be general recruiting= interviewing, drug testing, filing, and helping candidates navigate application process.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Job requirements that must be met:
- Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Minimum of 2 years of strategic HR experience.
- Must be available to work Overtime when business requires.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management.
- Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
- Commitment to company values and operating principles.
- Proven to manage employee relations situations, working knowledge of employment law and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
