We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order Processor & CRM Support Specialist to support our growing business. This role is perfect for someone who loves systems, follows processes carefully, communicates professionally, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving forward.
You'll be responsible for order processing, CRM follow-ups, and customer communication — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter and update orders, contacts, and notes in our CRM system
- Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding orders, approvals, and next steps
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Track order status and proactively flag issues or delays
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide professional, friendly customer service at all times
- Follow established SOPs and contribute to improving systems when needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working inside CRMs and order management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using technology (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM tools, email platforms)
- Ability to follow processes independently and manage multiple tasks
- Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented with customers
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience with order processing, account management, or operations support
- Familiarity with HubSpot, QuickBooks, or similar systems
- Background in customer service, admin support, or operations
