Job Summary

Bramli, a plastics manufacturing firm, is looking for an Assembly & Production Worker for its Savannah, Georgia location.

We are currently offering a $300 Sign-on bonus (certain restrictions apply)

$15.00 hr. after 90 days $16.00 (restrictions apply)

• Hours: 6:45am-7:00pm *

12 hour shifts with rotating schedule

1st Shift Assembly & Production Worker Job Summary:

We are currently seeking reliable, hard-working production workers for our expanding operation. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis. We are open 24 hours a day and work 7 days a week. We are hiring for all 3 shifts.

*Responsibilities and Duties

Assembly & Production Worker Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work on the production line and/or assembly area with consistent speed and accuracy
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
• Report any machinery issues to management
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Attend all safety and production training
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work overtime as needed

*Qualifications and Skills

Production Worker Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months experience working in production is strongly preferred
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts as assigned a must
• Must be available for weekends and occasional overtime as required
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
• Able to work 8-12 hour shifts standing
• Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of urgency
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Must be able to work in hot temperature, no Air conditioning in warehouse
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
