What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher/Tutor position at BRAME ACADEMY & BRAME INSTITUTE?
Duties:
- Provide grade level tutoring sessions to students in Reading & Math.
- Facilitate personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of each student.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with administration and parents to ensure a cohesive learning experience for the student.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to students to promote their academic growth.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students, preferably in a tutoring or educational setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Knowledge of specific subjects or areas such as elementary education and special education.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Note: Experience working with children in a classroom setting is highly valued.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
