Job Description Global market leader in sustainability, supply chain and logistics Lead the global strategy for transfer pricing across 60 countries Significant global exposure with considerable inter-company complexity Join an Australian multi-national to lead transfer pricing globally and also drive tax planning and compliance for the APAC region Are you a senior Finance/Tax leader with significant exposure to transfer pricing looking to join a global ASX-listed organisation recognised as one of the most sustainable companies in the world? As a valued and senior member of our highly regarded Global Tax team, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of a number of Group-wide tax responsibilities including Brambles transfer pricing strategy and policies. This is a truly global role across 60 countries with considerable complexity and significant exposure to executive leaders. This role will be based at our head office in Sydney CBD and reports directly to the Group Vice President Tax (based in London). We offer flexible hybrid working. The key responsibilities of this role include: Overall lead on transfer pricing matters including design of global strategy and ensuring appropriate and consistent transfer pricing policies and documentation Responsible management of operational transfer pricing including Group-wide inter-company charging of IP, management charges and other services Provide advice and guidance for all tax planning and compliance matters for all Brambles businesses and entities located in the APAC region including, but not limited to: Business Restructuring Mergers and Acquisitions Capital management Tax risk management Tax compliance Treasury Tax reporting The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Tax, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related area CA/CPA/CMA qualified or equivalent Significant experience in complex transfer pricing within a multi-national corporation A strong foundation in tax with detailed knowledge of OECD transfer pricing requirements, tax accounting and Australian tax law (both direct and indirect) Significant experience of APAC tax rules, M&A, share/asset divestments, reorganizations, outbound/inbound related party transactions, transfer pricing, audit defence, tax opportunity & risk management, corporate governance & fiduciary responsibilities The ability to collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders across a global organisation A strategic and critical thinker that can anticipate and provide scenarios for different problems Full working rights in Australia are required.
